It blows my mind to think about how much time some PCP’s spend charting every day. Some data shows that people with chart for 1-3 hours every day after work, just to catch up.

Using things such as dot phrases, hot texts, templates, and order sets can make a huge difference!

Charting in the room can be done so quickly if you use templates and dot phrases.
